FREE Lesson! Unique Voicings, Lesson 30 is now published! This lesson has explanatory text, 73 fretboard diagrams and an 11-minute video.

Are you a new Site Member? Don't understand what I mean by, "Unique Voicings?" Check out the blog: Altered States - Unique Voicings for an explanation.
All previous Unique Voicings lessons can be accessed by Site Members for FREE.
Don't let the complexity of lesson 30 put you off. You can get a whole lot out of very little. For example: Check out the first video in this Unique Voicings lesson series; 2 simple chord shapes = 16 different chords!
Unless I think of something else, there will be one more lesson in the Unique Voicings series. After that, all 31 lessons will be made available to site members at a Members-Only Discount as a PDF download.
Starting with the February newsletter I'm going to be doing some beginner and intermediate-level lessons. They will be stand-alone, one-off lessons - I'm tired of these monthly lesson series that take 2 years to get through!
Immediate gratification for beginners! Yay!
Speaking of one-off, immediate gratification-oriented lessons, I've started a new blog category called, "Rut Busters." They will be little tricks and pieces of theory that will help knock you out of the rut you're in. I would say these are for advanced beginners to lower intermediate players - they assume you've progressed to the point that you have a rut! Anyway, check out the initial post in the category below.
